Lora Teska

Lora Teska has over 25 years of work experience in the legal field, specifically focusing on intellectual property and patent law. Lora started their career in 1991 as an Assistant General and Patent Counsel at Foster Miller, Inc. Lora then worked as Corporate Counsel at Rule Industries, Inc. from 1994 to 1995. From 1995 to 2002, they served as Patent Counsel and Director of Intellectual Property at PerkinElmer, Inc. (formerly EG&G, Inc). Lora then joined V.I. Technologies, Inc. as Patent Counsel and Director of Licensing from 2002 to 2005. Lora then worked as Intellectual Property Counsel at ConforMIS, Inc. from 2009 to 2011. Lora served as Counsel at Taris Biomedical from 2011 to 2014, and as Intellectual Property Counsel at AMAG Pharmaceuticals from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they worked as an Axiom Law Contract Attorney at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. and is currently serving as the Head of Intellectual Property and AVP of Legal Affairs at Candela Corporation.

Lora Teska holds a J.D degree in Patent Law from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S degree in Chemistry from James Madison University.
