Melinda Freson, MBA, currently serves as the Global Head Downstream Marketing for Candela Medical since April 2024. Previously, Melinda held the position of Senior Director of Global Marketing at Quanta Dialysis Technologies, where the focus was on building high-performing teams and transforming the organization into a marketing-driven entity. Melinda has extensive experience in marketing roles across various companies, including leading upstream marketing and commercialization at Candela Medical, directing marketing strategies at Insulet Corporation, and driving customer insights at Philips. Melinda's educational background includes an MBA from Campbell University, a Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science from Westfield State University.
