Karthik Pingle

Karthik Pingle has extensive work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Karthik is currently serving as the Director of Mechanical Engineering at Candela since March 2023. Before that, they worked at GKN Automotive where they held several roles including Manager - CAE/Gear/NVH from August 2019 to February 2023, Team lead - Gears/Bearings/Driveline layouts from February 2018 to July 2019, and Gear Development Engineer from November 2015 to January 2018. Prior to GKN Automotive, Karthik worked at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India as a Product Development Engineer, Chassis from December 2011 to August 2012. Karthik also has experience at Rane (Madras) Limited where they worked as a Senior Engineer, Research and Development from August 2008 to September 2011.

Karthik Pingle completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Production Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, with a duration of three years from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, where they studied for a period of four years from 2004 to 2008.
