Mattia Donadi

Mattia Donadi has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Mattia is currently the Head of Product Design, R&D, and Production at Candiani SpA since April 2022. Before that, they founded Odds, Ends, & Common Goods in 2012, where they served as the Founder and Creative Director. Mattia also worked as the General Manager at Blue Collars Srl from June 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Creative Director at Prps Jeans from February 2018 to June 2020. Mattia held the position of Senior Director of Product R&D and Production at HELMUT LANG from April 2017 to February 2018. Mattia Donadi has also worked at R13 as the Director of Production from June 2012 to April 2017 and as a Product R&D and Production specialist from October 2009 to May 2012. Furthermore, they worked at Il Molino Srl as a Product R&D consultant from 2005 to April 2012. Mattia Donadi founded MaDo Studio in February 2007, providing brand management, product R&D and production consulting services. Mattia also worked as a Brand Manager at Lot 78 from January 2005 to October 2007 and as a Product R&D and Production consultant at Lot 78 from November 2008 to January 2011.

Mattia Donadi earned a Masters in making it happen from the University of Carpe Diem, specializing in the field of Life. This degree was obtained between 1996 and 2001.
