Matt M.

Matt M. has a wide range of experience in the footwear industry, spanning over 16 years. Matt is currently working as the Director of Product Management for Footwear at Workwear Outfitters since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at VF Corporation from April 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining VF Corporation, Matt worked at Kodiak Group Holdings Co., a VF Corporation company. During their tenure, they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Product from February 2019 to April 2020, Brand Manager for Terra from December 2011 to April 2020, Product Manager for the Terra Brand from March 2008 to November 2011, and Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the Terra Brand (Global) from January 2007 to February 2008.

Matt's career in the footwear industry began at Terra Footwear Ltd., where they served as Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Europe from October 2005 to December 2006.

Matt M. completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2002 to 2006. Matt also holds several additional certifications in various areas such as lab accreditation, first aid and CPR, business compliance, ISO 9001 auditing, and footwear construction, design, and development.
