Prospero Bruce

Prospero Bruce is an experienced professional in operations and customer success, currently serving as General Manager at Candid since January 2023. Prior to this role, Prospero held various leadership positions at LightForce, including Head of Doctor Success and GM of Costa Rica Operations, from July 2020 to January 2023. As President and Proprietor of PB Holdings from May 2016 to July 2020, Prospero specialized in BPO consulting, nearshoring, and financial services. Additional experience includes a tenure as Senior Director of Customer Advocacy at Align Technology from December 2008 to December 2016, as well as roles at Sykes, Coldwell Banker, and Transformative Solutions. Prospero's educational background includes a degree from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, earned between 1995 and 1999.
