Eyal Badash

Eyal Badash has an extensive work experience. Eyal started their professional career in 2001 as a Software Programmer in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. Eyal then moved up to become a Software Development Team Lead. In 2008, they joined Microsoft as a Senior Software Engineer in the User Understanding Platform, Cortana. Eyal was responsible for creating a highly scalable offline and online platform for processing and aggregating user signals into user insights. Eyal then became a Principal Engineering Manager in Microsoft Search, M365, where they led a team of 8 engineers developing advanced full-stack search capabilities. In 2022, they joined Canditech as a VP R&D.

Eyal Badash obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2005 and 2008. Eyal then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Tel Aviv University between 2010 and 2012.
