Gina MacHuca

Gina Machuca is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in hospitality management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Head of Hospitality & Lifestyle at Candy Capital since January 2024, Gina previously held the position of Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the Regional President at Caesars Palace Dubai from December 2020 to November 2023. Prior to that, Gina spent nearly a decade at Jumeirah Group, starting as a Guest Service Assistant and advancing to roles such as Rooms Division Coordinator and Personal Assistant to the Regional VP and Managing Director of the Burj Al Arab Hotel. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Far Eastern University and certificates in Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary and Business Administration from SUNY Orange and The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, respectively.
