SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

We are looking for a Manager of Fraud and Risk to lead our Fraud / Risk efforts within the business. This Manager of Fraud and Risk will lead the development and implementation of our fraud prevention strategies and technologies. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential fraud risks and ensure the security of our customer's transactions. We fuel Candy’s success by playing a prominent role in defining customer safety and fraud mitigation for our customers. You will be part of a reliable, driven and agile team. Above all, you will be accountable for helping Candy create the future of fandom.

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...

  • Lead the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential fraud risks
  • Develop and maintain fraud detection systems and monitoring processes
  • Stay current on industry developments and trends in fraud prevention
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Communicate fraud prevention best practices to internal and external stakeholders 

WHO ARE YOU?

  • 7+ years’ experience in conducting fraud investigations preferably in a Web3, e-commerce, or highly scalable payments platform
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in fraud and customer experience reporting
  • Must have and experience with state of art industry practices for preventive fraud mitigation, implementation of strategies and solutioning for technological challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills to perform research and analysis beyond on-field investigations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly written communication skills.
  • Self‐motivated, with the capability of managing multiple priorities and efficient in proposing solutions.
  • Must have strong leadership and strategic planning skills, people management skills and track record of leading teams through significant change.

Total Compensation Range (Base + Equity): $100k-150k per year at a Manager or Director level based on experience 

Our compensation package currently breaks down into a base salary and an equity component for all employees. The candidate’s seniority and the evaluations made of that candidate during the interview determine compensation.
