Rita's previous roles at LfeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, FlightNetwork.com and TUI Travel enabled her to successfully transform HR into a business partnership role, build robust employee relations, leverage HR systems and increase employee engagement. Rita joins Canlan as VP Human Resources.
