Melanie Treacher

Melanie Treacher has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Talent and Organizational Development at Canlan Sports since February 2007, where responsibilities include managing recruitment across North America and facilitating training sessions for employees. Previously, Melanie held roles as a Talent Management Specialist and Human Resources Specialist at Canlan Sports. Other professional experiences include serving as a Recruitment Consultant at HCR, where focus was on placing candidates in the automotive industry, and as Human Resources Assistant Manager at Paramount Canada's Wonderland, responsible for recruiting and staff orientation. Additionally, Melanie worked as Head of Swim at Camp Northland B'nai Brith, overseeing a team and ensuring water safety.
