Sam Walker

Sam Walker is currently the Director of Asset & Development Management at Canmoor Asset Management Limited, where Sam oversees a development programme exceeding £250 million and manages approximately 10,000,000 sq. ft of assets in the warehouse and office sectors. Prior to this role, Sam held positions at companies such as Brockton Capital LLP and Anglesea Capital LLP, where Sam worked on direct property investments and asset management projects totaling hundreds of millions of pounds. With a background in real estate and a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University, Sam has extensive experience in the industry spanning over two decades.
