In addition to their role at Canna Advisors, Jay is also a Founding Partner at H2 Talent and Trailhead, LLC, focusing on exclusive cannabis investing. Prior to their current ventures, Jay was the Co-Owner of Boulder Kind Care, LLC, where Jay successfully operated one of Colorado's earliest medical marijuana dispensaries. With a background in Electrical Engineering from Norwich University, Jay has a strong foundation for their diverse and successful career in the cannabis industry.
