Malissa Baldwin

Malissa Baldwin is the Business Development Manager at CannabCo. Malissa has held this position since September 2019. Prior to that, they were the Product Development Manager at Cannabco Pharmaceutical Corp from February 2018 to October 2019. Before that, they were the Cosmetics Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart from February 2018 to October 2019.

During their time at Shoppers Drug Mart, they managed the resources of the Cosmetic department in order to maximize and achieve sales goals and targets. Malissa also drove a passion for results and provided excellent leadership skills, leading their team in striving to work together and use each other's ideas, supports, and problem solving strategies. Malissa engaged with reps and other people in the industry to build collaborative relationships and build talent.

Her accomplishments during their time with Shoppers Drug Mart include working closely with their team to achieve goals and implement strategies that were able to help get their location out of ICS.
