Before that, Scot held a managerial position at What's Brewing? Brewery Supply from April 2017 to October 2018 and also worked as a Brewer and Tap Room Manager at Itasca Brewing Co. in 2017. Scot holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Indiana University Indianapolis and Loyola University Chicago.
