Hooman Tavallali, Ph.D., P.E., S.E. has extensive work experience in the field of structural engineering. Hooman currently serves as the Principal Structural Engineer at Cannon since March 2022. During their time at Penn State University, they also served as a Research Assistant from August 2006 to August 2009, focusing on their Ph.D. thesis on the cyclic response of concrete beams reinforced with ultrahigh strength steel.

Hooman Tavallali, Ph.D., P.E., S.E., has a strong educational background in engineering. Hooman completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering at Shiraz University from 1999 to 2003.
