Katie McManus

Global Marketing Director, Go-to-market at Cannondale

Katie McManus has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. Katie began their career as a Marketing Intern at IMG College, where they assisted in coordinating events and gaining experience in sales. In 2011, they interned as a Guest Relations Intern at IMG Academy, where they worked on registration coordination and gained experience in guest services.

Following their internships, Katie joined Virginia Tech in 2008 as a Recruiting Assistant for the football office. In this role, they handled administrative tasks and reported directly to the Assistant Athletic Director. While at Virginia Tech, they also helped reestablish the Lunch Pail Defense Foundation, managing social media and developing brand awareness.

In 2012, Katie briefly worked at IMG as a Special Projects & Initiatives Manager for the Deutsche Bank Championship. Here, they managed the PGA TOUR's sponsor value program and assisted in coordinating marketing publications and player logistics.

From there, Katie joined Cannondale in 2013 and held various roles within the marketing department. Katie started as an Event Coordinator and later worked as an Associate Manager for Events & Social Media Marketing. Katie then progressed to Senior Marketing Manager for North America and subsequently became the Director of Marketing for North America. Katie's most recent position at Cannondale is the Director of Marketing for North America & International, a role they took on in October 2022.
