Niccolò R.

Niccolò R. started their work experience in 2007 as a Bike Mechanic and Shop Assistant at Cycle & Sport. Niccolò then worked as a Junior Project Manager at OST Energy from September 2011 to February 2012. After that, they joined Mall Herlan GmbH as a Tooling Engineer from December 2012 to January 2015, where they designed and tested automatic tools for producing containers. Niccolò also worked as a Climbing Instructor at Big Walls - Camp 4 - Climbing Gym from May 2012 to March 2015. In 2015, Niccolò joined Schuler Group as a Product Development Engineer, where they conducted feasibility studies, defined production processes, and managed problems and issues. Currently, they are working at Cannondale as a Design Engineer since November 2015 and has recently been promoted to the position of Senior Design Engineer in April 2022.

Niccolò R. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they also earned certifications in various fields. In May 2012, Niccolò became a First Level Climbing Instructor through the FASI - Italian Federation Sport Climbing. Additionally, in February 2012, they completed an Advance Specialization Course in bike mechanics, bike tech, and maintenance at the National Mountain Bike Academy.
