Zongkai (Kai) Wang has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and consulting industry.

Zongkai (Kai) currently works as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Cano Health, a public-traded value-based care company. In this role, they consolidate critical information for the CFO's decision-making, develops financial supplements for earning calls and board meetings, and conducts complex ad-hoc reports and analyses. Zongkai (Kai) also builds and maintains Long Range Planning financial models and analyzes historical and budget data.

Prior to Cano Health, Wang was a Financial Analyst at Spine and Wellness Centers of America. Zongkai (Kai) reported directly to the CFO and provided financial and operational analyses, PowerPoint presentations, and supported business development and decision-making. Zongkai (Kai) was involved in M&A transactions, conducted research on the healthcare industry, and performed financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Wang also worked as a Financial Consultant at DiliVer LLC, where they investigated the rationality of client companies' businesses, assessed performance issues, and identified growth opportunities. Zongkai (Kai) analyzed historical financial statements, created pro forma financial statements, and built valuation models.

During their time as an Investment Analyst at the University of Miami Student Managed Investment Fund, Wang explored investment opportunities for the university's endowment fund, conducted various financial analyses, and generated equity research reports. Zongkai (Kai) utilized Bloomberg for financial data collection and analysis.

From 2019 to 2020, they attended the University of Miami, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial Mathematics.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they studied at Henan University of Economics and Law, where they obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree with a focus on Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Kai has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Zongkai (Kai) completed the "SQL Fundamentals" certification from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in March 2023. In July 2021, they obtained the "Financial Modeling and Forecasting Financial Statements" certification from LinkedIn. In January 2021, they completed the "Power BI Essential Training" certification, also from LinkedIn. In July 2020, they obtained the "Excel: Macros and VBA for Beginners" certification from LinkedIn and the "Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert" certification from Microsoft. In the same month, they also completed the "SAS® 9.4 Cert Prep: Part 01 SAS Programming Essentials" certification from LinkedIn. Further, they completed the "Python and Statistics for Financial Analysis" certification from Coursera in June 2020. Prior to that, in September 2019, they obtained the "Bloomberg Market Concepts" certification from Bloomberg LP. Lastly, in September 2017, they completed the "Diploma in Accounting and Business" certification from ACCA Chartered Accountants.
