Nathan Lord is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in operations and service delivery. Since November 2018, Nathan has been serving as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Operations at Canon Australia, previously holding positions as Manager of IT Service and Support and Service Delivery Manager. Prior to this, Nathan worked at NCSI from June 2007 to August 2018, primarily as a Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included managing 24x7 operations support for Optus, ensuring service performance across a vast range of applications and infrastructure. Nathan also has a history in data centre management and team leadership roles, as well as experience at Unisys, IBM, EDS Group, First Data Resources, and CSC, starting from 1996. Education was completed at Bomaderry High School and Maroubra High School.
