Suchi Kapoor is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in client services and project management. Currently serving as Team Lead - Client Services Manager at Canon Australia since June 2016, Suchi oversees a team managing over 24 operating companies and a fleet of 5000 multifunction devices, handling significant project CAPEX and OPEX. Prior to this role, Suchi was a Global Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager at IBM, leading technology operations for large clients and contributing to enterprise-level partnership agreements. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at GE Money Bank, where Suchi managed client interactions and team performance, and as a Quality Coach at Dell International Services, where Suchi led a team focused on enhancing communication quality and operational performance. Suchi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming from Osmania University, completed in 2003.
