Alana Vance

Alana Vance is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as EMEA HR Senior Manager at Canon EMEA since April 2013, Alana has held positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Alana served as a Flying Officer in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve until June 2020 and held the position of Regional HR Manager at Shaw healthcare Ltd from February 2008 to April 2013, where Shaw healthcare is recognized as a leading care services provider in the UK. From January 2005 to February 2008, Alana was the Store Personnel Manager at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, responsible for all personnel functions at the Bridgwater store. Alana holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from the University of Brighton, alongside qualifications from the Institute of Leadership and Management and Edexcel.
