Ritu Malhotra

Ritu Malhotra is an experienced professional in human resource development, currently serving as Assistant Director at Canon India Pvt Ltd since June 2005. Ritu's career at Canon has evolved through three key phases, starting as Manager of People Excellence, where Ritu managed all HR functions except training, and advancing to Senior Manager of People Excellence, with a direct reporting line to the CEO and assuming additional responsibilities in Corporate Social Responsibility in 2012. Prior to Canon, Ritu held roles at Ariba India Pvt Ltd as Assistant Manager of People Development and at Cyber Media Pvt Ltd as Assistant Manager of Human Resources. Ritu holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on HR from Delhi University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Jesus & Mary College. Early education was completed at Manav Sthali School, specializing in Humanities.
