Tarun Vats

Tarun Vats has extensive experience in service management and technical support within the imaging products sector at Canon India. Since June 2009, Tarun has held the position of Branch Service Manager while previously serving as Area Service Manager, overseeing service operations for both direct and indirect channels. Responsibilities include customer relations, call coordination, and managing print/document services, with a strong focus on cost control and service management efficiency. Prior to these roles, Tarun worked as a Technical Support Specialist, providing on-field training and technical assistance to engineers. Tarun's career at Canon began in December 2002 as a Senior Engineer in Customer Support, offering technical support for various Canon printers. Tarun holds a Master's Degree in Operational Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, completed between 2006 and 2008.
