Melissa Bagasbas

Melissa Bagasbas is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the Senior Manager for HR Transformation and Talent Acquisition Head at Canon Marketing (Philippines), Inc. since February 2008. In the role of Talent Acquisition Head, Melissa focuses on identifying and recruiting future-oriented talent to support the company's growth while ensuring a fulfilling experience for employees. Prior to this, Melissa held the position of HR Supervisor at Red Ribbon Bakeshop Inc. from 1999 to 2004. Melissa completed a degree in AB Psychology at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila from 1990 to 1994.
