Bastiaan Groenhout

Bastiaan Groenhout has a diverse work experience in the field of procurement. Bastiaan is currently the Director of Procurement at Canon Production Printing since January 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Procurement Director of Global Key Accounts at Oce Technologies, a Canon group company, from January 2012 to January 2020. In this role, they developed and implemented a framework and strategic procurement process for managing global strategic suppliers. Bastiaan also directed global key account managers and was responsible for a spend of 300 million euro. From 2010 to 2011, Bastiaan was the Director of Purchasing PR & OEM at Oce Technologies, where they led a team of 10 strategic purchasers responsible for the procurement of raw materials, parts, printers, finishing equipment, and software. Before joining Oce Technologies, they worked at Uniqema as a Procurement Manager from 2004 to 2006 and as a Key Account Manager from 2003 to 2004.

Bastiaan Groenhout attended the University of Amsterdam from 1989 to 1996, where they earned a Drs degree in Chemistry. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1988, they attended Wagenings Lyceum and completed Gymnasium Beta.
