Eve Flamée

Eve Flamée has over 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Eve is currently working as the SVP HR at Canon Production Printing since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at ERIKS North America, where they led HR strategy for a $650 million revenue company with 1800 employees. Eve also worked at SHV as the Manager People Affairs, where they oversaw HR functions for the company's headquarters and subsidiary, and as the Group HR Director at ERIKS, where they developed and implemented global HR strategy. Before that, they held positions at GL Group and LM Wind Power, where they focused on compensation and benefits management, global learning, and talent management. Eve began their career at Faurecia, where they managed HR for IT professionals and led the HR function for a production plant.

Eve Flamée obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Applied Economics degree from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Eve also completed coursework towards a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the same university.
