Carmen Barnhill

Carmen Barnhill has extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries. Carmen began their career in 1996 as a Pharmacy Technician at Walker's Pharmacy, where they gained experience in dispensing prescription drugs and providing patient consultations. In 2010, they served as the ASSE President at Northeastern State University, where they coordinated meetings and organized events to raise awareness about EHS issues in the community. From 2011 to 2013, Carmen worked as an HSE Consultant/Trainer at RHI Company, catering to clients in the oil and gas industry. Their responsibilities included ensuring compliance, conducting training, and providing safety education. Carmen then joined Canon Safety/RHI Group in 2013 as an Account Specialist, where they managed existing accounts, established new ones, and monitored competition. Carmen has also been the Owner of KISS Consulting since 2014.

Carmen Barnhill obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development at the University of Texas at Tyler from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Double BA in EHS Management from Northeastern State University, graduating between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, Carmen holds several certifications, including CPR/AED & First Aid Instructor from Medic First Aid obtained in November 2011. Carmen is also an Authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor, an H2S Instructor from TEEX, and a Safeland/Safegulf (Rig Pass) Instructor from PEC Premier.
