Pritpal Singh

Pritpal Singh is an experienced professional with a strong background in service operations and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as Service Director, Regional at Canon USA since December 2010, Pritpal oversees service operations for the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest regions, managing a team of three Branch Service Managers, five Field Service Managers, and 65 Service Engineers. Prior to this role, Pritpal worked at Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc., where achievements included being named Employee of the Year in 2010, and held various key positions in customer service operations at companies such as airtel and Hutchison Essar Telecom Ltd. Pritpal holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from G.B. Pant Govt. Engineering College.
