Gal Stainfeld

Gal Stainfeld has a diverse background in software engineering and data analysis. They started their career at BioCatch as an ML Algorithm Engineer, where they analyzed large datasets and developed classifiers for cybersecurity threats. They then moved on to Taykey as a Big Data Engineer, where they analyzed social media conversations and matched audience-based trends with relevant content. Gal then joined Innovid as a Data Engineer, where they worked on developing data pipelines, optimizing reports, and utilizing algorithms for video marketing. They continued their data engineering career at PerimeterX, where they implemented services for data export, developed data pipelines, and integrated solutions into various platforms. Currently, Gal works as a Senior Software Engineer at Canonic Security, where they have played a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and backend systems. Their technical skills include Python, Java, AWS, Spark, DeltaLake, Postgres, MySql, and Docker.

Gal Stainfeld attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
