Trent Lloyd

Trent Lloyd has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as an Interim Manager for the Sustaining Engineering team at Canonical since January 2016, focusing on bug fixes for Ubuntu Pro customers. Previously, Trent held various software engineering roles specializing in OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies. Trent has also been the Director of Web In A Box in Perth, Australia, since 2006, catering to small businesses in web hosting. Prior to this, Trent worked at Oracle Corporation as a MySQL Principal Technical Support Engineer, providing high-level customer support, and held positions at Sun Microsystems and MySQL AB, maintaining support for MySQL customers. Earlier experience includes working as a Linux System & Network Administrator at 45RU HostAway. Education was completed at Murdoch University in 2005-2006.
