Adam Finkle

Adam Finkle has a diverse background in the insurance industry. Adam currently holds the position of US Chief Operations Officer at Canopius Group since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Brit Insurance from 2016 to 2020, serving as Chief Operating Officer, US. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of operations including claims, legal and regulatory compliance, e-distribution, and IT service delivery. At Cognizant, they worked as a Director and Senior Manager in the Insurance consulting division in 2014 and 2016. As an Independent Contractor in 2014, they worked as a Consultant, participating in a due diligence effort for a life insurance platform. Earlier in their career, they held senior positions at Affirmative Insurance Services, Inc. and Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty North America. At Affirmative Insurance Services, they served as Senior Vice President, overseeing insurance company operations. At Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty North America, they were the Vice President responsible for operations and information technology. Lastly, at Chubb Insurance, they served as Vice President, Operations, leading field operations in multiple offices and achieving cost reductions and service improvements.
