Ceri Royal FCIPD is the Head of Organisational Development at Canopius Group. With a background in HR, Ceri has experience leading strategic people aspects of organizational change programs, workforce transformation initiatives, and HR interventions for separation and divestment. Graduating with a BA Hons in HR and Business Management from the University of South Wales, Ceri has worked in various HR roles at companies such as Direct Line Group, South Wales Police, Hugh James, and THE NUMBER UK LIMITED. At Canopius Group, Ceri is responsible for ensuring alignment of people capability to business strategy and leading the business facing HR team.
