Michael Hughes

Michael Hughes has extensive work experience in various roles related to infrastructure, operations, and management. Michael currently works as an Infrastructure and Operations Manager at Canopius Group since December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Infrastructure Engineering at The Ardonagh Group from March 2022 to December 2022. Michael also served as the Infrastructure Manager at Eurofins Food & Water Testing UK & IE from January 2021 to January 2022.

Before their current roles, they worked at The Co-operative Bank plc as the Environments as a Service Lead from January 2018 to October 2020. Michael also held positions at Lloyds Banking Group as the Desktop Service Manager - Retail Delivery from December 2014 to January 2018 and at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. as the Global Wintel Server Operations Manager from April 2014 to November 2014.

In addition, Michael has experience in the field of scuba diving, having worked as a Master Scuba Diver Trainer at International Scuba from June 2010 to November 2014. Michael has also held roles such as IDC Staff Instructor at Bolton Area Divers Limited from February 2015 to present and Datacenter Manager at Brinks Inc. from November 2011 to August 2013. Michael also served as the Cloud Hosting Operations Director at API Healthcare from September 2013 to February 2014.

Michael Hughes attended Victoria University from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology.
