Elizabeth Minton, MBA has a wealth of experience in the education sector. Elizabeth began their career as a Teacher with the East Baton Rouge Parish School System in 2009, then joined Teach For America in 2005, where they served as a Teacher, Curriculum Specialist, Manager of Teacher & Leadership Development, and Director of Teacher & Leadership Development until 2016. In 2010, they also served as Education Liaison for U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu. From 2012 to 2020, Elizabeth was a Teacher with National Heritage Academies. Most recently, they have been Co-Founder & COO of CanopyEd since 2020.
Elizabeth Minton obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005. Elizabeth then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration - MBA from Louisiana State University. More recently, in November 2021, they obtained the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation. Elizabeth is also currently enrolled in the College of Executive Coaching.
