Beatriz Tano has over a year of experience in recruitment, and is currently working as a Project Administer and People and culture coordinator at Canopy Fitouts. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters for 11 months. There, they were responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, job qualification, placement, to after placement care.

Beatriz has a strong understanding of what clients need in order to fill a position, and is experienced in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Beatriz is also skilled in writing compelling job advertisements.

Through their work at Robert Walters, Beatriz has developed an extensive network of contacts in the recruitment industry. Beatriz is highly regarded by their clients and candidates alike for their professionalism and commitment to finding the perfect match between candidate and company.

Beatriz Tano has a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University in Human Resource Management & Marketing. Beatriz also has a VCE (Year 12 Certificate) from Penola Catholic College. Beatriz has a certification from KnowledgeSpace Training & Consulting Ltd in Certificate III Customer Engagement.
