Sam Harris has a diverse work experience in various roles. They started their career as a Turbocharger Component Engineer at Ford Motor Company in 2014, where they supported issue resolution at manufacturing plants and developed new turbocharger technologies. They then worked as a Powertrain Integration Engineer, collaborating with global teams to launch a successful vehicle line. Later, Sam became an Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing Engineer, managing printing requests and exploring new rapid manufacturing techniques. They also served as a Human Machine Interface Powertrain Calibration Engineer, calibrated HMI features and supported testing trips. Sam then took on the role of PCM & Sensor Warranty Engineer, resolving warranty issues through data analysis and collaborating with the Field Service Engineer team. After that, they worked as a Turbocharging/Boosting Engineer, introducing new boosting technologies and implementing cost-saving actions. They then transitioned to roles in Ford Smart Mobility, including Commercial Vehicle Mobility Solutions, where Sam reviewed service proposals and developed business models. They also served as the EU Security Project Owner, leading teams in the development of CV security solutions. Currently, Sam holds the position of VP of Product at Canopy, starting in 2022.
