Currently serving as the Regional President of Operations for Canopy Service Partners since December 2024, Matthew has extensive operational leadership experience across various roles. Previously, as the Director of Operations at Performance Painting from January 2023 to August 2024, Matthew played a key role in supporting the franchise system's vision through hands-on training and coaching. Matthew also held the position of Director of Operations and Field Manager at Performance Painting Contractors, Inc., contributing to high-quality project execution. With a strong foundation in strategic leadership as COO of Jondec Painting for over 15 years, Matthew focused on business agility and risk management while enhancing operational processes and employee training. Matthew's career began as a Crew Member, progressing through various managerial roles in the painting industry.
