Brandon Jenkins

Brandon Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brandon started their career in 2006 at AMC Theatres, where they worked as an Operations Coordinator and later as an Operations Manager until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Brandon served as a Server at TGI Fridays. Brandon then worked as a Server at El Pescador from 2014 to 2015, and as a Talent Management Assistant at KMP Artists from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at Sheraton Ontario Airport Hotel. From 2018 to 2020, Brandon worked as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Loews Hotels & Co. Brandon then served as a Department Head/Food & Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they became an Office & Workplace Experience Manager at EarnUp until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Community Manager at CANOPY, where they are responsible for providing exceptional communication and customer service, leading tours, maintaining membership goals, onboarding new members, fostering a strong community culture, resolving issues, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Brandon Jenkins has a diverse education history. Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Music from Citrus College. Brandon also attended the University of California, Irvine - School of Social Ecology from 2006 to 2008, focusing on Psychology and Social Behavior. Brandon completed their high school education at Colony High School, graduating with a High School Diploma.

In addition to their formal education, Brandon has obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Brandon completed a course on Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: CA Managers Edition in March 2023, offered by Traliant. Brandon also acquired a certification in User Experience Design Remote from General Assembly in October 2022.
