Michael Quilty has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Michael started their career as a Senior Staff Accountant at Gately & Associates, P.C. in 1999, followed by roles as a Senior Staff Accountant at Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP from 2000 to 2002, and as a Senior Staff Accountant at Richardson & Company, P.C. from 2003 to 2007.

From 2008 to 2008, Michael worked as an Accountant at Envox (now part of Syntellect), where they oversaw revenue recognition of software and hardware sales.

In 2009, they joined Rand Worldwide as a Senior Accountant, where they oversaw revenue recognition of software sales, collaborated with auditors on audits, and presented financial statements.

From 2011 to 2013, Michael served as an Accounting Manager at Black Duck Software, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and coordinating the monthly close process.

Michael then joined Peoplefluent Holdings Corporation in 2013 as an Accounting Manager, where they coordinated the monthly close process for multiple entities and guided staff on accounting treatments.

In 2014, Michael became the Controller at Power Analytics Corporation, where they implemented control policies, ensured compliance with accounting requirements, and revamped the accounting system.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Percona as an Accounting Manager and Senior Accounting Manager, responsible for managing the monthly close process and developing new operating procedures.

Currently, Michael is working at Canopy Data Breach Response Software as a Senior Financial Analyst and Assistant Controller.

Michael Quilty attended Acton-Boxborough Regional Highschool from 1989 to 1993, where they completed their high school education. Michael then pursued higher education at Westfield State University from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting.
