Cphr Shane O'Neill

Shane O'Neill, CPHR has over 25 years of experience in human resources management. Shane'smost recent role was as the Director of Human Resources at Cansel, where they built all HR structures for an organization with over 700 employees. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources Western Canada at Wilkinson Steel and Metals, where they re-established HR practices and designed new compensation plans. Shane also worked as an Employee Relations Manager at EV Logistics, where they managed all HR issues during the ramp up of a new facility. Additionally, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Avcorp Industries, where they were responsible for recruitment and labour relations. Shane began their career as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at Weldwood of Canada, where they handled various HR responsibilities for a large forestry company.

Shane O'Neill, CPHR attended The University of British Columbia from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Industrial Relations Management.
