Prerna Tandon

Prerna Tandon serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Zaggle and has significant experience in corporate governance, notably as the company transitioned to being publicly listed on Indian stock exchanges. As a Mentor at Divershefy, Prerna supports women in their Growth Leadership and Capability Program. Prerna's advisory roles include providing insights to the Panchee Foundation and CanSupport, while previously serving as an Independent Director for NIRMAL BOT LIMITED. Prerna held the position of Senior Vice President at State Street, where contributions included overseeing Global Corporate Shared Services and driving transformation initiatives in India.
