Ida Markholm

Ida Markholm has held a number of roles in the field of bioinformatics and clinical data management. Ida began their career in 2008 as a Researcher at Lund University, Faculty of Engineering, followed by a role as a participant in the school of life sciences summer research program at EPFL in the same year. Ida then held the role of a Bioinformatician and Research Assistant at Lunds Universitet from 2009-2014, and then moved on to a Medical Information Specialist role at GSK in 2014. In 2016, they began working at Genmab as a Data Manager Trainee and Sponsor CRA, and was promoted to Data Manager in the same year. Ida then moved on to 4Pharma Ltd in 2020 as a Clinical Data Manager, and then to Oncopeptides AB in the same year as a Bioinformatician and Clinical Data Manager. Ida is currently employed at Cantargia AB since 2022 as a Senior Data Manager/Bioinformatician.

Ida Markholm completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioinformatician in Clinical Medicine, Experimental Oncology from Lund University between 2009 and 2013. Prior to this, they obtained their Master of Science in Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University in 2009, with a specialization in Pharma and Molecular Biotechnology. Additionally, in April 2020, they obtained a certification in SAS Programming 1: Essentials from SAS.
