Bill Gula, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Bill began their career as a Tax Consultant intern at Ernst and Young LLP in 2002, where they worked on outsourced international tax engagements. Bill then joined Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Senior Financial Auditor, auditing both privately held and public registrant clients. During their time at Deloitte, they achieved audit efficiencies of over 20%.

In 2009, Bill joined Weaver as a Senior Financial Auditor, working across multiple industry sectors in audit and advisory services. Bill also independently studied business valuation materials and performed purchase price allocation assignments during their downtime.

Bill's experience continued at Thermon Manufacturing, where they held various roles from 2011 to 2017. Bill started as a Corporate Cost Accountant and Analyst, overseeing manufacturing operations and developing a new costing methodology that reduced manufacturing variances by over 25%. Bill then transitioned to the role of SEC Reporting Manager and Finance Manager for Thermon's Brazilian subsidiary, where they led the SEC reporting process and served as the lead corporate accountant.

In 2017, Bill joined Amplify Snack Brands as the Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. Bill then moved to Atlas Sand in 2018, where they worked as the Financial Reporting Manager.

More recently, Bill has held roles as an Assistant Controller at Asure Software, a Corporate Controller at Experience Care, and currently holds the position of Corporate Controller at Cantata Health Solutions, all since 2020.

Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated strong financial and accounting skills, successfully managing SEC reporting, technical accounting, cost analysis, and audit projects across various industries.

Bill Gula, CPA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1998 to 2003. Bill then pursued a Masters degree in Accounting at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2004 to 2005.
