Gwen Roddy

Gwen Roddy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in applications support and analyst roles. Gwen started their career in 1991 at Kentucky Blood Center, where they provided midrange operations support, conducted training, and assisted in software development. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as an Information Systems Support staff at the Kentucky Horse Park, handling hardware and software support, user training, and database management. Gwen then joined Fresenius Medical Care North America as a Senior Field Support/Deployment specialist, providing computer support and resolving issues for dialysis clinics across multiple states. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Community Health Systems as an Applications Analyst, Change and Release Management, overseeing the patch and release cycle for the primary EHR vendor and improving upgrade processes. Gwen then served as a Senior Support Analyst at NTT Data Corporation, supporting healthcare clinical applications, until the company was acquired by Cantata Health Solutions. At Cantata Health Solutions, Gwen held the role of Senior Applications Support Specialist, providing support for various healthcare applications and interfaces, communicating with clients and internal team members, and creating release notes and user guides. Gwen Roddy completed their Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a concentration in Environmental Science/Sustainability from Southern New Hampshire University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended the University of Kentucky from 1981 to 1982, focusing on Natural Resources/Conservation.
