Helen Heenan

Helen Heenan has over three decades of experience in nursing, specializing in diabetes care. Currently serving as a Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist and Clinical Trial Coordinator at Health New Zealand | Waitaha Canterbury since June 1990, Helen has held multiple roles including Psychiatric Nurse and various positions related to clinical trials from August 2011 to October 2022 with CDHB. Helen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Health Sciences (clinical) and a Master of Health Science (MHSc) from the University of Otago, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences.
