Jake Lynn has a strong background in ICT support and customer service, currently serving as Commercial Help Desk Deputy Team Leader at Cantium Business Solutions since July 2018. Over the years, Jake has progressed through several roles within the same company, including Senior ICT Support Engineer, ICT Support Engineer, Application Support Analyst, Senior First Line Analyst, and First Line Analyst.
