Alisha Chakravarty has a diverse work experience history. Alisha began their career in 2014 as a Marketing representative at Visual Art Speakers. Alisha then worked as a Marketing Intern at Wellness by All Means in 2015, followed by a role as Sales and Client Services Staff at Elements Massage from September 2015 to January 2016. In 2016, they joined MerusCase - Legal Practice Management Software as a Marketing Coordinator for six months before transitioning to a Customer Success Manager role at Demandforce. At Demandforce, Alisha acted as the primary contact for a large portfolio of clients, assisting with onboarding, user adoption, and retention. Alisha utilized Salesforce and Gainsight to track account health and proactively reached out to clients to ensure satisfaction. Alisha's role also involved working closely with sales and support teams to advocate for clients and gather product insights. Alisha joined Canto in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager and progressed to Senior Account Manager before assuming their current role as the Manager of SMB Account Management in January 2022.

Alisha Chakravarty obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Management from the University of California, Merced, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
