Roberta L. Pelletier

Roberta Pelletier concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of pharmaceuticals (chemical), material science, and food science with emphasis on pharmaceutical formulations, small molecule organic chemistry, active pharmaceutical ingredient processes, active pharmaceutical ingredient solid-state forms, and polymers, including intrinsically conducting polymers. She has extensive experience in patent application preparation and prosecution, patent searching, and advising clients regarding patent portfolios of competitors. Roberta has also prepared patentability, invalidity, infringement/non-infringement, and freedom-to-operate opinions. As a research chemist, she assisted in the design and synthesis of novel chemical compounds for drug discovery.
