Yasuhiro Sakamoto

Yasuhiro Sakamoto has 40 years’ experience in domestic and international prosecution, negotiation, litigation, contracts, due diligence and additional intellectual property areas.

Technologies with which he has experience include electrical engineering and electronics, energy, nanotechnology, semiconductor devices and processing methods, and display devices and processing methods. Notable in his career is that the patents he was in charge of at Sony received the National Invention Commendation prize from the Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation three times and he established the IP Department at JOLED.
